Fantastic product and service
Cannot recommend Willowbay enough, was looking for something similar for a while but could not find what I wanted in stock. Discovered the Four Seasons Garden Room on the Willowbay site on a Friday morning. Sent a question about the product and had a phone call back helping me out within an hour. I ordered it by Friday lunchtime and it was installed by the following Tuesday despite me being located 4 hours away. Great service both from sales, delivery and installation team. Was not expecting delivery and installation so quick. The product itself, I love. Just what I wanted and of a high quality. Definitely recommend both the product and Willowbay.

Fabulous!
Very happy indeed with the garden room. The guys who delivered it were great and couldn't be more helpful - installed it expertly (even tho it was nearly dark as they arrived after 5pm!). It looks brill, is well made and great quality timber. Would highly recommend it. Well done Willow Bay!

Lovely garden room
Really pleased with the quality of garden room but customer service from manufacturer was really poor. Waited far longer than the 3/4 weeks and then turned up without the decking. I then had to wait another two weeks for delivery. Garden room is great quality though.

Our Sturdy Lovely Snug AKA Garden Room
Our experience has been excellent! The team at Willowboy went all out to get our Garden Room delivered swiftly when my husband need it most after coming out of hospital during this Covid time, we could not meet our family indoors and it has been used SO many times for family get togethers, and we only received last month. Bruce and Sarah were only an email or phone call away for any queries, the delivery and assembly was quick and efficient - our grateful thanks to everyone at Willowbay Angela and Andy

Four Seasons Garden Room
Great - the garden room is ideal for enjoying coffee or tea, even if the sun is not shining. Only had the garden room for a month or and looking forward to using it next spring and the long summer evenings

Fabulous Garden Room
After a longer than expected delivery date our Four Seasons Garden Room was delivered and installed on Monday. We are absolutely over the moon with it. Perfect size for our garden and we will spend many happy hours in all seasons enjoying it.

It's amazing when looking for
It's amazing when looking for a seating area I new the Churnet Valley and Four Seasons Decking was the one, it suits the garden perfectly ! The service from start to finish was top notch, all fitted in under an hour !
