Beautiful rug but not as expected

The photo of the rug shows that the entires rug is in vanilla/cream colour. When the rug arrived, all of the tassels had different coloured wool ties to hold the plaits in place (pink/blue/green/yellow). This unfortunately did not go with the colour scheme of my room and I had to cut the ties off and buy crochet thread to replace them. As I said, it is a beautiful rug but be cautious that the tassels are not cream as illustrated in the photo.
