My Anastasia 3-seat arbour is wonderful! Delivery was quicker than anticipated, and whilst waiting for construction, my garage smelled gorgeous. It really is a lovely wood that it's made from. Building the arbour didn't take long, as all the fixings were included. Several parts were already fixed together, and the instructions were easy to follow. My other half is good at diy generally, but even a couple of novices wouldn't struggle. So much nicer to work with real wood, than the laminated cheap stuff from a famous Swedish brand! Oh yes, and one final thing: Willow Bay had the best price. Win win!

5 star. Although the wrong item was delivered to us initially WillowBay were very apologetic and a new replacement was with me in less than a week. Quality of product also very good.
