Ordered bed online and very simple to do, had a couple of initial queries which were dealt with remarkably quickly by Brian. Bed delivered by 2 very nice young men all within given time frame. The colour of the bed frame is not quite according to picture, brass is lighter in colour than shown in picture and indeed box read dark brass, it’s more golden coloured, also balled pommels are more a very soft peach than cream. That said, it is a very nice bed still. Service has been excellent from initial query to delivery and I would highly recommend Willow Bay for that and also their pricing, that to was very competitive. Thank you
